Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi internet access to all of our guests. To access the Wi-Fi, simply follow these steps:

• Select “Novotel_Guest” from the list of available networks.
• If you are an Accor Live Limitless or Accor Plus member, log in with your membership details to receive complimentary premium Wi-Fi.
• If you are not a member of our loyalty program and would like to sign up, you can do so through the Wi-Fi landing page.

If you do not wish to become a member, you can still access our complimentary guest Wi-Fi by entering your email address.
